Mrs. Revathi G.

Revathi holds a B.Sc. and a Diploma in Business Management, providing a strong foundation in business administration and commercial operations. She began her business career as Proprietor of GR Engineering Industries, a family enterprise engaged in the manufacture of granite processing machinery and specialised industrial tools.

The business was among the family's pioneering ventures in India's granite machinery sector, manufacturing equipment for granite processing and supporting the industry's growing technological requirements. Her involvement provided extensive exposure to manufacturing operations, industrial equipment, business management and commercial decision-making.

Building on this entrepreneurial foundation, Revathi entered the real estate sector in 2014 in Bengaluru, Karnataka, through Pearl Gate Comforts. Over the past 12+ years she has been actively involved in residential real estate development and project execution. Pearl Gate Comforts has successfully developed five residential projects, with a cumulative developed area of more than 5,00,000 sqft.

Her entrepreneurial involvement expanded through Shri Jyothiraadhitya Infra (SJI), co-founded with the family in 2017, which has built a land bank comprising more than 750 acres in Penukonda, Andhra Pradesh.

In 2022, the family's real-estate portfolio further expanded with Golden Threshold, established in Bengaluru, Karnataka to focus on the premium residential segment — gated communities, villas and luxury apartments — holding approximately 50 acres of land bank in Bengaluru.

Revathi's career reflects a distinctive combination of industrial entrepreneurship, corporate leadership and real estate development. Her early manufacturing experience built a strong understanding of operations and industrial businesses, while her subsequent real estate journey established her experience in residential development and project execution.

Through her association with HEMA Group, she is part of a broader entrepreneurial platform with interests spanning manufacturing, beverages and consumer businesses, agribusiness and real estate.

As an Active Director of HEMA Group, she continues to contribute to the family's diversified business platform while playing an important role in its growing real estate interests, with a focus on strategic growth, quality execution and long-term value creation.
